Exchanges for Damaged Items

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide exchanges only for items that arrive damaged.

To request an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory clearly showing the package being opened.
  • The video must start before the package is opened and must show the damaged product clearly.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for exchange:

  1. Email us at oorja.style@gmail.com or oorja.threads@gmail.com.
  2. Attach the unboxing video and order details.
  3. Our team will verify the request.
  4. If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Minor thread variations or fabric texture
  • Damage reported without an unboxing video
