Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Oorja Co., we take pride in delivering premium quality products. We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are only provided for products that arrive damaged.

To request an exchange, customers must provide a complete unboxing video that starts before opening the package and clearly shows the damaged item. Exchange requests must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

If the exchange request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. Exchanges are not applicable for size issues, change of mind, minor thread variations, fabric texture, or damage claims reported without an unboxing video.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing and dispatch.

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders with an estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days after dispatch. Customers may also choose Express Delivery (₹50), which typically delivers within 2–4 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay 15% of the order value in advance, while the remaining amount is payable upon delivery. This helps us prevent fake orders and ensures smooth order processing.

All orders are shipped through Delhivery. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message. Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales periods, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.
